Send a deletion request
Email snackappthss@gmail.com with the subject “Kokonenne data deletion request”. Describe the information you want deleted and your app version, if known. You can send a request after uninstalling the app. Reinstalling the app or creating an account is not a condition for submitting a request.

Verification and processing
Kokonenne has no email sign-up account. Your email address alone therefore cannot identify anonymous usage records. We will reply with the minimum information needed to identify your records, the scope of the request and an expected timeframe. Do not send purchase tokens, passwords, identity documents or card details. We will explain the result and any information that must be retained. This page provides an email request route; it is not an instant automated deletion button.

Information you can request to delete
After verifying ownership, you can request deletion of your anonymous server profile, reward entitlement and reward sessions, and removal of the link between your anonymous identity and verified purchases. Deleting a reward entitlement means any remaining ad-earned access cannot be restored.

Information stored only on your device
Language and playback preferences, favorites and presets are not sent to our server. Clear Kokonenne storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove this information from that device. Uninstalling alone does not delete all server records; request deletion of server information separately.

Records retained and retention periods
Ordinary reward sessions are designated for deletion after 7 days, reward deduplication records after 30 days, and request-limit records after 2 minutes; authentication challenges after 5 minutes and API sessions after 1 hour. Bounded hourly cleanup can be delayed by workload or service outages. Cloudflare Workers and D1 process these records globally; storage is not limited to Seoul. Purchase tokens, product details and purchase status support restoration, refunds and fraud prevention; they currently have no fixed automatic deletion period. Necessary purchase verification records may remain after their link to an anonymous identity is removed. If you also request deletion of those records, we will explain what can be deleted and the reason and period for any retention. We will also explain any retention required by law or an ongoing dispute.

Google Play purchases and advertising data
A data deletion request does not cancel a Google Play subscription or request a refund. Manage subscriptions in Play's Payments & subscriptions menu. Purchased products can be verified again online with the same Play account. Payment and advertising information processed independently by Google follows Google's privacy controls.
